Service Description
7 - 9.30 pm on the 10th, 17th, and 24th January. If you've already attended my beginners course or have a little sewing under you belt then this course is suitable for you. We will learn how to sew with stretch fabric and make either a cosy dress or a lovely sweatshirt. The course will run over 3 weeks and each session is around 2.5 hours. There will be a little bit of homework too! The project: A fabulous dress (or top) We will sew this project together, starting with preparing the pattern pieces, understanding sizing and how to make clothes that fit, cutting your fabric and sewing step by step. By the end you will be able to wear something you made! There are a few things you will need to bring along and we will provide the rest. What you will need: Sewing machine Notepad and pencil Fabric Scissors Fabric and matching thread for the project (quantity to be advised) Pins and needles. We will provide: refreshments, the sewing pattern, fabrics and threads for practising.
