7 pm - 9.30 pm Wednesday evenings 5,12,19,26 and 3rd Dec Oh this is exciting.... want to move to the next level of your sewing? Time to set a new challenge and make something rather special. Making a coat is a real milestone in anyones sewing journey. With that in mind this will be a 5 week course, we will take extra care, this isn’t fast fashion. (More photos to follow) The NOVA coat, a wonderful coat, fully lined, angled seaming and pockets hidden in the front. Make it cropped or long sleeves, full length coat or shorter jacket. Fabrics? lightweight fabric for a Spring version or cosy wool for cooler days. This course is suitable for anyone for people that have made a few garments and want to reach a new milestone to make a coat! It will run for 5 sessions. What you will need: Sewing machine (if you don't have one we will help with advice for this) Notepad and pencil Fabric Scissors Fabric and matching thread for the project Pins and needles.
